Position Summary:
A Trading Services Worker manages the transportation, documentation, and handling of goods in national or international trade. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, tracking inventory, ensuring compliance, and communicating with clients and logistics teams. Attention to detail, organization, time management, and physical stamina are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor shipments from origin to destination.

  • Prepare and maintain documentation for customs and transport compliance.

  • Track inventory and shipment status.

  • Inspect goods for damage or quality issues.

  • Load and unload cargo as needed.

  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and logistics teams.

  • Follow safety protocols and transportation regulations.

Working Conditions:
Work may occur in warehouses, shipping docks, or offices, involving lifting, moving cargo, and administrative tasks. Exposure to noise, machinery, or weather is possible. Protective gear is often required. Schedules may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
