We are looking for one experienced painter to join our team at a door manufacturing company located in Vaughan. This role is ideal for someone who is confident with painting techniques, works well with their hands, and can deliver clean, high-quality finishes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform painting tasks on doors and related materials using appropriate tools and techniques

• Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and priming to ensure proper paint adhesion

• Mix and match paint colors when required

• Maintain consistency and accuracy in finishing across all products

• Inspect completed work for quality and touch-ups

• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace

• Support general workshop duties when needed

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a painter (experience in manufacturing or wood/metal painting is an asset)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce smooth, clean finishes

• Knowledge of different paints, materials, and application methods

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good time management skills and reliability

• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed

• Full-time availability
