Job Responsibilities

  • Machine Operation: Set up and monitor large-format digital printers throughout the production cycle.

  • Technical Maintenance: Refill ink, replace fabric trays, and perform routine equipment calibration.

  • Quality Assurance: Monitor print output for color accuracy and alignment.

  • Direct Reporting: Follow technical workflows and tasks assigned by the owner.

Job Requirements

  • Language Skills: Strong English proficiency is required (for direct owner training and instructions).

  • Technical Experience: Prior experience operating digital printers or large-scale machinery.

  • Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for shifts and handling fabric rolls/trays.

  • Analytical Skills: Quick to identify and troubleshoot mechanical or print errors.
